Typical Project Workflow

1. Brief: share application, target specification, quantity, market, and required delivery date.
2. Feasibility review: we evaluate materials, tooling, tolerances, manufacturing steps, and testing.
3. Quotation: MOQ, tooling or sample cost, payment terms, and estimated schedule are confirmed.
4. Sample and approval: drawings, prototypes, packaging, or golden samples are approved in writing.
5. Production and inspection: production follows the approved version and agreed checkpoints.
6. Shipment and support: delivery is arranged under the confirmed shipping terms, with after-sales support for documented issues.

Please provide the interface or product family, electrical and mechanical requirements, material or plating needs, cable type, target quantity, annual estimate, labeling, packaging, destination, and any applicable test or documentation requirement. If a requirement is not yet fixed, describe the application and we can help organize the specification.

Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

Confidentiality, tooling ownership, drawing ownership, exclusivity, and use of customer trademarks should be agreed in writing before the relevant materials are exchanged or work begins. Customers must have the right to use any brand, design, drawing, or content they provide. We do not manufacture counterfeit or unauthorized branded products.

MOQ, Samples, and Lead Time

MOQ and timing depend on the product, material, tooling, level of customization, and factory schedule. We do not publish a single generic MOQ or lead time because it may mislead buyers. The applicable values are stated in the project quotation after feasibility review.
