3. Quotations, Prices, and Payment

Prices, minimum order quantities, tooling costs, sample fees, taxes, payment terms, currency, and validity periods are stated in the applicable quotation or contract. Website content is not a binding price offer. Unless stated otherwise in writing, bank charges, import duties, taxes, customs fees, and destination charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Product Information and Changes

We aim to keep descriptions, images, dimensions, and specifications accurate. Images may be illustrative, and reasonable production tolerances may apply. Specifications, materials, packaging, availability, and designs may change as products are improved or supply conditions change. For a critical application, request and approve the current drawing, sample, specification, or data sheet before ordering.

5. Samples, OEM/ODM, and Customer Approvals

Custom work may require drawings, samples, tooling, testing criteria, logos, packaging files, or written approvals. The customer is responsible for confirming that supplied requirements and intellectual property may lawfully be used. Production may begin after the agreed deposit, technical approval, or other milestone specified in writing. Changes after approval may affect cost and lead time.

6. Intellectual Property

The website, brand materials, text, layout, graphics, product photographs, drawings, and other content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and download reasonable product information for internal purchasing evaluation. You may not copy, republish, sell, scrape at scale, reverse engineer, or use the content to misrepresent the source of products without written permission. Customer-owned marks and approved project materials remain subject to the parties’ written agreement.
