Shipping Policy

This policy explains how shipping is handled for B2B orders arranged through quotations and offline order documents.

1. Scope and Order Documents

This website does not provide online checkout. The shipping method, destination, Incoterm, freight cost, production lead time, and estimated dispatch date for an order are confirmed in the applicable quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase order acceptance, or contract. Those written terms take priority if they differ from this general policy.

2. Production and Dispatch Times

Lead time depends on product availability, quantity, customization, tooling, material supply, sample approval, payment milestones, and factory capacity. Any website estimate is general guidance only. The order document will state the current estimated production or dispatch schedule. The schedule normally begins only after required technical approvals and payment conditions have been completed.

3. Shipping Methods

Depending on destination, size, urgency, and customer preference, orders may ship by express courier, air freight, sea freight, rail, truck, or a customer-appointed forwarder. We may recommend a method, but the final method and responsibility allocation must be confirmed in writing.

4. Freight Costs and Incoterms

Freight, insurance, handling, and destination charges are quoted according to the agreed Incoterm or shipping arrangement. Common trade terms have the meaning assigned by the applicable version of Incoterms when expressly referenced in the order documents. We do not assume an Incoterm that is not written in the quotation or contract.

5. Customs, Duties, and Import Requirements

The buyer is responsible for confirming local import restrictions, product approvals, labeling requirements, taxes, duties, brokerage, and customs procedures unless the written shipping term assigns a specific responsibility to us. Customs inspections or destination authority decisions may cause delays outside our control.

6. Delivery Address and Contact Details

The buyer must provide an accurate legal consignee name, delivery address, postal code, telephone number, contact person, tax or import identifier where required, and any special delivery instructions. Address changes requested after dispatch may be unavailable or may incur additional charges.

7. Tracking and Shipping Documents

Where available, we provide a tracking number or forwarder reference after dispatch. Commercial invoices, packing lists, and other agreed documents are supplied according to the shipping arrangement. Tracking events are controlled by the carrier and may not update in real time.

8. Transfer of Risk and Title

Risk transfers according to the agreed Incoterm or written order terms. Ownership or title transfers according to the payment and contract terms. Carrier delays after risk has transferred do not by themselves constitute a product defect.

9. Damage, Shortage, or Incorrect Shipment

Inspect cartons and products promptly after delivery. Visible damage should be noted on the carrier receipt where possible. Notify us in writing within seven calendar days of delivery if the shipment is damaged, short, or materially different from the order. Include the order number, affected quantity, carton labels, and clear photographs. We will investigate with the carrier and propose an appropriate remedy.

10. Delays and Force Majeure

We will communicate material known delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by events reasonably beyond our control, including natural disasters, epidemics, labor disruptions, carrier interruption, port congestion, government action, customs holds, war, or widespread material shortages. The parties will work in good faith on a practical solution.
